How To Install FluencyPal Application Onto Your Phone?
Here are the steps to install FluencyPal onto your phone:
1) Make sure that your phone is one of the following Nokia phone models:
- 6630, 6680, 6681, 6682, N70, N72, N90
2) Download FluencyPal installation file (sis file type) and save it somewhere in your PC.
Click here to download the software if you have not had the sis file yet.
3) Now you need a software that allows your phone to talk to your PC. This software is
called Nokia PC Suite and can be downloaded free at the following Web page:
http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite
Make sure that you select the right PC Suite version that works with your phone. The
most recent version should work with your phone in most cases. Follow the installation
instructions and make sure that Nokia PC Suite is installed properly on your PC.
4) You have the choice to connect your phone to the PC using either the DKU-2 or
compatible cable connection, wireless Bluetooth, or Infrared. It is recommended that you
use the cable connection.
Connect one end of the DKU-2 connection cable (normally included in the phone sales
package) to a USB port in your PC, and the other end to your phone. Click here to see the

Your phone might display:
Select mode:
-PC Suite
-Data transfer
If it does, highlight 'PC Suite' and press 'Ok' on your phone.
5) On your PC, double click on the FluencyPal.sis file (after installation of PC Suite, the
sis file should be associated with PC Suite program). Nokia Application Installer will ask:
'Do you want to install the application to the phone?'
Select 'Yes' to install.
6) Since we have not registered our application with Symbian, your phone will display a
security warning message:
'Unable to verify supplier. Continue anyway?'
Select 'Yes' to continue the installation
Note: Your phone may display the 'Installation security error. Unable to install' message.
In this case, you need to change the settings in Application Manager to allow installation
of unsigned applications. Application manager can normally be invoked from
Menu>Tools>Manager in most phones. Select Options>Settings and change Software
installation item to 'On' or 'All'. For further help with a specific phone model, please
consult your phone's user guide.
7) Phone asks: 'Install FluencyPal?
Select 'Yes' to install.
Next the phone promts the following options:
-Install
-View certificate
-View details
Highlight 'Install' and press 'Ok' button
8) Phone asks to select 'Phone memory' or 'Memory card'
Highlight the option you prefer ('Phone memory' or 'Memory card'), where FluencyPal is to
be installed, and press 'Ok' button.
9) Phone displays End User License agreement. Use the middle key to scroll down and
read the agreement. If you agree with the terms of the agreement, press 'Ok' to continue.
10) Phone displays 'Installation complete'
FluencyPal is ready to use!
